History
Founded in 2002, NORTOL is a Puerto Rico–based, woman-owned consulting firm specializing in asbestos, lead, mold, potable water, Phase I environmental assessments and general oversight for compliance. For over two decades, we have supported government agencies, private companies, and construction professionals in meeting regulatory requirements from DNER (DRNA), EPA, OSHA, HUD, OGPe, and the Department of Health.
Our team of inspectors, planners, risk assessors, supervisors, and sampling & monitoring specialists brings more than 30 years of combined experience, delivering reliable studies, risk assessments, and environmental project oversight. NORTOL continues its commitment to compliance, public health, and safe, responsible practices.
